Product Marketing Associate Product Marketing Associate BluePenguin Payments | Full-time | Alpharetta, GA About BluePenguin Payments BluePenguin is a payments technology company, often called a “fintech” that provides a software-as-a-service platform helping businesses remove friction from their accounts payable processes. Businesses in the USA write over $10 trillion in paper checks annually to pay their bills; our technology helps convert that to digital payment cards and other forms of payment, reducing risk and manual effort, and giving our users the opportunity to earn rebates for every bill they pay. Because of our size, people joining our company must understand they will be defining the role they occupy, not just adhering to the terms of a job description. Our hires need to be a blend of thinkers and doers, who are just as interested in creating procedures and standards for future resources to follow as they are in getting the day’s work done. We pride ourselves in being able to “punch above our weight” in organizational maturity when it comes to financial compliance, technology security and general professionalism; that’s why our customers and partners trust us with millions of dollars every day. In other words, people looking for highly formulaic roles simply will not thrive at BluePenguin today. However, people who want to rise to the challenge of performing a role and defining what that role *should* be and providing leadership both to the organization today as well as those who will follow them, will find a challenging and rewarding journey.
